TPO Roofing

TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane that is similar to the more common PVC roofing. Because of their high reflectivity, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membranes are among the most popular roofing materials. This feature contributes to its high energy efficiency and resistance.

In addition, TPO is less susceptible to the impact of falling or windblown debris and is more puncture-resistant than EPDM roofing.

Riverfront Roofing has the expertise, experience, service, and exceptional products to install, repair, or maintain your TPO roofing membrane. Get in touch with us today to learn more.

PVC Roofing

PVC, or polyvinyl chloride, is a low-slope or flat roof membrane. It has been used to protect the tops of commercial buildings since the 1960s and is one of North America's most popular and trusted roof membranes. PVC roofing membranes, like its cousin TPO roofing, are thermoplastic. Thermoplastic roofing expands and contracts naturally with temperature changes and is typically white or reflective in appearance.

Acrylic Roof Coatings

Acrylic materials were among the very first to be used in roof coatings. As a result, some commercial roofers still refer to acrylic roof coatings as elastomeric roof coatings and exclude all other product types. Acrylic coatings are extremely long-lasting. Acrylic roof coatings usually require a primer, fabric reinforcement, and two coats of the material.

Maintenance & Repairs

Riverfront Roofing takes pride in its work and strives to provide customers with the best commercial roof possible. Even the best roofing jobs, however, require maintenance. All commercial roofs should and must be inspected at least once a year to ensure that no damage has occurred and that holes are patched, water leaks are repaired, and other preventative measures are implemented.
